A workmanship warranty is part of the contract, with its length, what it covers and what it leaves out. We do not promise it in a headline.

The materials
Membranes and caps come with the maker’s own warranty and its terms. We tell you which one and who registers it.
Insurance claims
You decide whether to file, and you deal with your insurer. We inspect, photograph and write an itemized estimate you can share with them. We do not act for you with your insurer.
